Kiss My Face Sport Hot Spots Sunscreen Stick SPF 30 Quick Review:
When your friend gives a sunscreen the nickname, “the grease boy“, you probably know you’re not looking at a five star product. While the Kiss My Face Sport Hot Spots Sunscreen Stick may stick to your face (and any other area you apply it too) like a beautiful, all-natural tan sticks on old Tanny, you may be in for an unwelcome surprise a little later on.
That’s right folks, the Kiss My Face Sport Hot Spots Stick was responsible for the infamous sunscreen zit. You know those zits that girls get when they wear too much makeup? They’re like the sunscreen zit. For dudes, they’re the zits you get when you’ve just been sweating a bunch and have been really dirty for a prolonged period of time. You know, the gross ones, that brew for days and emerge like subterranean volcanoes…but on your face. But Tanny, you say, how can something meant to protect you cause you such pain? Well child, life is hard, and sometimes an angel can really be a demon in disguise. So beware before applying the grease boy frequently! It does have a specific time and place, but for the price, you’re much better off investing a superior product like the Neutrogena Clear Face Sunscreen.

Kiss My Face Sport Hot Spots Sunscreen Stick SPF 30 Detailed Review:
Protection (4/5):
I have to admit that the Kiss my Face Sport Hot Spots Sunscreen Stick does have a time and a place. Since it’s extremely greasy (likely due to the use of beeswax), it clings onto your skin like it doesn’t want to leave. If you’re going to be in the water or sweating a bunch, then this is exactly what you want. With that being said, the protection this stick provides is the real deal.
Application (2/5):
Have you ever waxed a car and got some on your skin by accident? Have you spread a low quality butter stick across a glass pan before cooking? This stick provides a similar feeling with the stick requiring some pretty serious friction when being applied to your skin. Moreover, there is no doubt that you can feel every bit of this sunscreen on your skin, as the protective layer is extremely thick. Extra points are docked from the overall score due to the zit it gave my friend Bob after he used it while we golfed.
Affordability (1/5)
Whoa! Seven bucks a stick!? That’s kind of beat. I just got a jug of No-Ad for the same price. You’d be better off throwing in a few extra bucks and getting a much higher quality product. Enough said.
Remember my friends, tan responsibly!
Sincerely,
Tanny Mangino
